Scientist come podcast sensation; Andrew Huberman breaks down much of the current science behind meditation and leaves with a bunch of useful tips and tricks to start or bolster a practice.
Above you can see Joe Hudson and Brett Kistler - in their podcast they disucss a myriad of topics but alway strike this amazing balance between funny and deeply moving.
Their conversations, in my mind, epitomise mindful and emotionally intelligent discussion.
Books I recommend on mindfulness
Dan Harris puts his journey into the world of mindfulness in very frank and relatable terms. In many ways he's dragged kicking and screaming into the practice ... and it's hilarious.
Sam Harris is one of my favourite people to listen to speak about meditation. As one of the most famous atheists ... he takes a secular approach to deconstructing the mind and consciousness.
His app - Waking Up is also one of the best apps I've found on the subject with amazing guest speakers and meditations.
'Mickey' Singer beautifully illustrates how giving up our battle against the world and connecting to something deeper, can lead to unbound adventure and happiness.
Essentially; release yourself to the flow of life and the universe will provide.
His story is pretty wild too.
